About This Site
Rexitadex documents scheduling and focus methods used by remote workers, with particular attention to the Polish professional context.
Purpose
This site is a reference resource. Its purpose is to document specific, named time management methods — their structure, rationale, and practical application — in a format accessible to professionals working independently from home or from distributed locations in Poland.
The content does not advocate for any single method or tool. Different working patterns, roles, and personal preferences mean that no single framework suits everyone. The site covers several established approaches and notes the contexts in which each is commonly used.
Coverage
The current articles address three areas:
- The Pomodoro Technique — interval-based focus sessions with structured break periods
- Time Blocking — calendar-based scheduling with protected deep work periods
- Scheduling Tools — calendar, task, and focus applications in common use
Context: Remote Work in Poland
Poland's amended Labour Code, which came into effect in April 2023, defines the legal framework for remote and hybrid work arrangements. It establishes employer obligations regarding equipment, ergonomics costs, and reimbursement, and gives employees defined rights around the frequency and conditions of remote work. Within this framework, individual schedule management remains largely a personal responsibility.
The Polish Central Statistical Office (GUS) periodically surveys working conditions including the prevalence of remote arrangements. Technology, finance, and professional services sectors show the highest concentration of remote workers, with Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Trójmiasto, and Poznań as the primary urban centres.
